Welcome to Nighthawk Woodworking!

Hello! I’m Miles, the owner of Nighthawk Woodworking. I started woodworking full-time in 2019 after over a decade as a software engineer. I operate my one-person shop out of my home in south Keizer and was featured in the KeizerTimes. When not woodworking, my wife and I enjoy getting out to explore all the beauty Oregon has to offer.

I aim to source as many of my materials from the Willamette Valley of Oregon as possible, with a special emphasis on locally-milled lumber. I enjoy creating custom pieces, ranging from large furniture such as tables, cabinets, and benches, to smaller gift boxes, cutting boards, and wall art.

I carefully select each piece of lumber and take care to highlight the natural beauty of the wood, beginning with a careful layout and design and ending with a silky smooth finish. I look forward to bringing your ideas to life in my next piece!
